Hi, I’m Isabel Lippincott
I became a therapist because of my own profound healing experience and my desire to support others. I believe everyone is doing their best in this tough complicated world and I'm here to collaboratively support you in finding relief. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, ADHD, loneliness, burnout, people-pleasing, chronic health challenges, or can't figure out how to get the dishes done, I'm here without judgment to hear you and offer support.
In our work together we will explore the roots of distress that may include trauma, misalignment in your environment and needs, or systemic oppression. Is your brain meant to be exploring and picking berries? By curiously exploring these sources of hurt, we can find your unique path towards hope, community, and belonging.
I believe that change happens when we gain clarity, compassionately hold our needs, and get creative in our work. I will walk beside you in this process and offer perspective, tools, and some cute animal metaphors. My approach to therapy is holistic and informed by Internal Family Systems and somatic practices. I look forward to connecting!
