I offer individual therapy to adults (18+) who are physically located in Vermont or Massachusetts. I don’t offer couples or family therapy at this time.

Both! I offer in-person therapy at my office in South Burlington and virtual therapy to anyone in Vermont or Massachusetts.

I see clients Monday-Thursday 10am-5pm and Friday 10am-1pm. My availability varies so if you are hoping for a specific time, please include that in your message to me!

The standard therapy session is 50 minutes. There is an option for shorter or longer sessions if scheduled in advance.

I charge $130 for a 50 minute session. I accept Medicaid/Green Mountain Care, BCBS, CBA Blue, and MVP for insurance.
If you have Medicaid, your sessions are fully covered with no cost for you.
If you have another insurance, I am in-network which means that your insurance has a contract with me. Every plan is different, so you will need to look up your specific outpatient mental health benefits. Here are common scenarios and what they likely mean for you:
Coverage after you meet your deductible: you will be responsible for the full cost of the session until your deductible is met for the year. Once it is met, your insurance may cover your session fully or partially.
Copay: you will be responsible for that set amount every session. This can be before or after you meet your deductible.
Coinsurance: you will be responsible for a percentage of the session cost each time. This can be before or after you meet your deductible.
Full coverage: your insurance will cover the full cost of the session
If you do not have Medicaid, BCBS, CBA Blue, or MVP, then I am happy to offer self-pay at $130 for a 50 min session. If you cannot afford this, I have limited reduced rate spots. You are welcome to inquire if there is a spot available and we can discuss a rate that is more accessible.

The first step is contact me through this form. It is helpful if you can give me some info about what you are hoping to work on.
Then I will reach out to schedule a free 20 minute consultation video call where we will discuss logistics and see if we feel like a good fit.
If it seems like a good fit, then we can schedule a first session and I will send you paperwork to sign and a questionnaire to fill out. During our first session we will go over the questionnaire and discuss goals. And we are still going to be assessing if we both feel like it is a good fit.
If it is a good fit, then we’ll transition to scheduling therapeutic session and diving into supporting your goals!
